Refund policy

All NIWWRD products are produced in limited quantities.
Each order is treated as a final purchase unless it meets the conditions below.

Returns

We only accept returns if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You receive the wrong product

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor variations in print, color, or finish

  • Limited edition products once opened or used

Refunds

Once your request is approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement (preferred), or

  • A full refund if replacement is not available

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to damage, defect, or wrong item:

  • NIWWRD will cover return shipping

For any other approved cases:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in production or processing and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, follow the return process above.

If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in resolving it with the shipping partner.
